Levels of Achievement is a way that we are able to track involvement within IDO. The way levels works comes from various aspects of attending certain events, and doing things to further our major. For example, students earn points by attending our regular IDO meetings and other certain events hosted by IDO, such as the Career Event Banquet, Golf tournament, CBT Tailgate, and more. Also, students earn points by bringing friends to events and ultimately being able to recruit new members into our major. To reward students for going above and beyond with participation, our top 5 most active students are rewarded with a special "IDO" pin they are allowed to wear at the career fair to help them stand out from the rest as our most outstanding students. Nonetheless, if you see someone wearing our pin, they either are a member of our IDO leadership team, or one of the top five members and should highly be looked at as top priority students. If you are curious to see our levels spreadsheet, we update the points after each event so you can see live standings of who is currently in the lead on our website. Finally if you have any further questions about Levels, or how it works, feel free to ask IDO president Christian Richter, VP of levels Joe Nelson, or Levels chair member, Westyn Hooton.
